Onboarding Programme
Joining us isn't just about finding a new place to call home or growing our numbers, it's about becoming part of a community that supports and grows together. To get you started on the right foot, we've designed a three-milestone onboarding program that equips you with essential resources and rewards you for your activity and commitment.
Upon joining the corp you will recieve:
Fully fitted ships; an Algos for combat missions, a Venture for mining and a Heron for exploration.
Starting capital; an additional 10 million ISK to help you purchase basic skills and other necessities.
After 7 days of active participation you will receive:
Fully fitted cruiser; a Vexor fitted for Level 3 security missions, helping you tackle more challenging content.
Financial boost; an additional 25 million ISK to bolster your wallet and fund your adventures.
After 14 days of active participation you will receive:
Choice of specialty ship; choose between a fully fitted mining barge or an Astero hull for exploration.
Financial boost; an additional 50 million ISK to bolster your wallet and fund your adventures.
Programme Terms
Active participation is defined as engaging in taxable activities such as mission running, bounty hunting and general activity including being active in corp chat and at the discretion of our leadership team. It does not equate being online 24/7, if you are active for a few hours a week and making an effort to introduce yourself, you should be considered 'active'.The full value of all benefits under this initiative exceeds 200 million ISK per capsuleer, we reserve the right to withdraw this programme on a per capsuleer basis if we believe it is being exploited or used in bad faith. The spirit of the initiative is to reward effort to become a part of our community that has mutual respect for the needs of the new member and the wider community.

Eligibility criteria
We want to make sure everyone who joins us is pleasant and not invite harm to our community, if you wish to join The Bloomies Corporation we have a small criteria, unfortunately we can't budge on this:
You must primarily speak English in corp chat and not make use of offensive or harmful language.
You must be comfortable with joining our Discord community.
You should be honest about your experience with the game and not seek to cause harm.
You must complete a short interview with a member of our leadership team to ensure you are a cultural fit.
To respect boundaries and build a foundation of trust we promise:
We will never ask for ESI/API access for the purposes of joining our corporation.
We will never ask for a 'fee' or 'donation' for the purposes of joining our corporation.
If any member of our corporation requests ISK or access from you for any reason, please contact us.
During the interview process
The interview can take place as either a short text conversation in-game or a discord call, the latter being our preference. We will ask you a series of brief questions about who you are, what kind of activities you are looking for and try to better understand what kind of experience you are hoping for with joining us. This interaction would ideally take no longer than 5-10 minutes and is also an opportunity for you to ask us any questions.Once the interview has concluded, we will review your application and get back to you with either an invitiation or a rejection message and reason within 24 hours.
